Booking terms & conditions
Strictly NO campfires – we cannot have any sort of fires, this includes no BBQing with open flame or coals in our park whatsoever, we apologise for any inconvenience.
Please note: all children MUST wear helmets while riding scooters, bikes, skateboards (anything with wheels) in the park grounds.
Group bookings
We would love to accommodate your group bookings – if they are requiring more than two cabins we advise phoning the Office to book so we can place groups together, and make sure we can accommodate everyone. Conditions will apply.
Office hours
Monday – Friday: 8.30am – 12.30 / 1.30 – 5.00pm
Sunday: 9.00am – 4.00pm
Please advise us if you are going to be arriving after the Office is closed, so alternate check-in arrangements can be made.
Please note: Park Office is closed Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
Check-in time is from 2pm
Check-out time is 10am
(December/January cabin bookings must vacate by 9am)
(Please note: no late check-in/outs will be offered during Peak Seasons)

Cancellation Policy
All cancelled bookings will incur a $20.00 administration charge.
Low Season
No refunds will be given, however if you provide us with 30 days’ notice we will be happy to credit any future booking if returning within 6 months.
Shoulder Season
No refunds will be given. However, if you provide us with 90 days’ notice we will be happy to credit any future booking if returning within 6 months.
Peak Seasons
Includes Easter, Anzac Day Long Weekend, October Long Weekend & Christmas)

Failing to show without notification
Failing to arrive on your arrival date without notification will result in the rest of your reservation being cancelled.
Bookings Policy
All bookings require a deposit to be paid at time of making reservation.
Low Season
All bookings are to be paid in full 60 days prior to arrival.
Deposit equal to 50% for Cabins and 50% on Campsites.
Shoulder Season
All bookings are to be paid in full 60 days prior to arrival
Deposit equal to 50% for Cabins and 50% on Campsites.
Peak Season Bookings – (Excluding Christmas)
All bookings for Peak Season are to be paid in full 90 days before arrival.
Deposit equal to 50% Cabins and 50% on Campsites.
Christmas/January Bookings
All bookings are to be paid in full by September.
Deposit equal to 50% for Cabins and 50% on Campsites.
Photo ID
You will be required to present photo identification upon check-in.
Parking
One car space is provided per cottage or site.
Additional parking is available outside of park grounds.
Caravan and Camping site allocation
Every effort is made to attempt to place guests on their requested site, however no guarantees are offered.
Powered Sites
A 15 amp 25 meter power lead is required to reach all power sources.
Please come prepared as we do not supply power leads.
Amenities
Showers are coin operated – 2 x 20c are required for a 4 minute shower
Washing machines require 2 x $1.00
Dryers require 3 x $1.00
Day Visitors
You are more than welcome to have day visitors; however, a $20 per head fee applies per day. Prior to entering the park, day visitors are required to sign in to the Office and pay their day fees upfront.
Tariffs are reviewed June 30 each year, and are subject to change without notification.
